I was lucky enough to get to attend the 49th APIMONDIA congress in Copenhagen, Denmark last month in September. It was wonderful!
Some event stats: Over 8,000 attendees from 124 countries. There were 117 exhibitors (216 booths from 44 countries), 300+ oral presentations, 600+ poster presentations, and 42 countries represented at the international honey bar.
Needless to say I did my best at attending as many sessions I could each day and with the nine hour time difference I also did by best to stay alert and engaged :)
Always an adventure at these meetings, and so fun to see old friends and make new ones.

Thank you to the Apimondia Congress Committee for putting on such a wonderful event. The plan is for 2027 to be in Dubai, UAE and 2029 in Leipzig, Germany.
