As some of you may know, I keep rooftop hives in Santa Cruz at the Hotel Paradox. We use the honey from the hives at the hotel’s bar and restaurant, Solaire. We would also do team building educational events around honey bee education and honey tasting at the hotel. This is currently on hiatus due to Covid but we hope to start up events again soon.
